Fall Recruitment

Fall Recruitment, also known as Formal Recruitment, is our biggest recruiting event of the year. During this time those who are rushing will spend three days learning about different aspects of each sorority on campus and meeting their sisters. Day one is introduction day, where potential new members learn about Alpha Xi Delta. Day two is philanthropy day, where potential new members learn about Alpha Xi Delta's partnership with Kindly Hearts Initiative. Day three is preference day, where the potential new members experience their top two choice's preference ceremony. After each girl has chosen which sorority she would like to call home, the weekend ends with Bid Day. This is where all the Panhellenic sororities come together on campus to find out who their new sisters will be and celebrate. 

Spring Recruitment

Spring Recruitment is typically quite smaller compared to our fall recruitment. However, potential new members will still experience three days of events that will help them decide if Alpha Xi Delta is right for them. On each day the women going through recruitment learn information about our sorority. On day two they learn about our philanthropy Kindly Hearts Initiative. And on day three they experience our preference ceremony. After those three events all of our sisters come together for bid day where we welcome and celebrate our new members.
