Welcome! We'd love to invite you to get to know the Iota Beta chapter of Alpha Xi Delta! Here at Stanislaus, we pride ourselves in our dedication to the community, our campus, and of course, sisterhood. We host and participate in many events that reflect our values and beliefs.
Our sisters hold the Kindly Hearts Initiative close to our hearts. We constantly host events to raise money and acceptance for children experiencing foster care or homelessness.
Since we were founded in 1893, our Women’s Fraternity has grown tremendously. With over 100 chapters nationwide, we can call many amazing women our sisters. Here at Stanislaus, we are a very tight knit sisterhood and offer each other a home away from home. It’s a great way to find one’s voice and place not only while in college, but for a lifetime afterwards.
We hope you take the opportunity to get to know us better. Our sisters are enthusiastic about meeting new people and making life-long friends. Our mission is to inspire our sisters to realize their full potential. In our sisterhood, we offer support and respect to one another. There are many opportunities for growth and we help each other reach our goals and celebrate our accomplishments.
Our motto is “the pen is mightier than the sword”. We believe we can conquer any situation through great communication and understanding. Our 10 founding sisters believed in having a close relationship with one another and we continue that honor by welcoming our sisters and aiming to maintain a judgement free-environment.
During our time in Alpha Xi Delta, we have grown so much as a person and as a student. We set higher standards for ourselves with the push and encouragement of our chapter. Each woman inspires us to be the best version of ourselves even when times get tough. I don’t know where I’d be today without my wonderful sisters and my amazing sorority. We hope you find a place to call home here at Stanislaus and we’d love the opportunity in helping you find that.
